AMPIGENE qPCR 1-Step Green Kits use the latest developments in reverse transcriptase (RTase) technology and buffer chemistry for efficient cDNA synthesis and qPCR in a single tube. The modified MMLV RTase is blended with RNase inhibitor to prevent degradation of RNA by contaminating RNase. The RTase is thermostable and extremely active. AMPIGENE qPCR 1-Step Green Kits use a proprietary intercalating dye that does not inhibit PCR. An optimized buffer system allows efficient amplification and proprietary enhancers prevent the formation of primers/dimers to increase sensitivity and specificity. ROX is a reference dye which is used to normalize fluorescent signal in qPCR. AMPIGENE qPCR 1-Step Green Kits come with either Lo-ROX or Hi-ROX concentration. For Hi-ROX, see ENZ-NUC109. Choose the appropriate ROX concentration for the instrument (see instrument compatibility for reference dye chart below.) Applications: PCR.

Assays that use IRDye 800CW conjugates (such as in vivo imaging and cell binding assays) may require a "dye-only" control for potential effects or retention of the dye. Carboxylate (non-reactive) form of IRDye 800CW is an ideal control. Note: The carboxylate dye has no reactive group and cannot be used for labeling.
Dojindo Molecular Technologies Inc Fluorescein Labeling Kit-NH2 (3 samples) is used to prepare fluorescein-labeled proteins, high recovery in 1 hour, all processes in a single filtration tube, 50-200 µg/sample, Ex=500 nm, Em=525 nm.
Fluorescein Labeling Kit-NH2 is mainly used for the preparation of fluorescein-labeled proteins, such as IgG, for immunostaining and labeled cellular proteins for tracing. This kit contains all the reagents necessary for labeling. Amine-reactive fluorescein, a component of this kit, has succinimidyl groups (NHS) that react with the amino groups on proteins. Because this kit also includes a buffer exchange system, a sample containing amine base buffer can be labeled. Although membrane filtration sometimes causes IgG aggregation, the buffer system in this kit prevents aggregation during the concentration of IgG or fluorescein-labeled IgG solution. The excitation and emission wavelengths of the fluorescein-labeled IgG are 500 nm and 525 nm. The molecular weight of the protein to be labeled with this kit should be greater than 50,000.
